In Part II Andy runs into some major complications with an inexperienced property manager who has challenges communicating with her subcontractor. She ends up taking much longer than expected and spends way more than the original budget. What can Andy do to salvage the situation? Will this project that started with so much promise end up being a bust?
This is the 3rd and final video in this series. This is where we’ll see just what Jason Reed can do with the property and whether it will result in the kind of profit Andy was hoping for. There are some struggles along the way and things don’t turn out quite as expected. By the end of it all there are more than a few lessons learned and Andy takes the time to share his valuable insights into how things could have turned out better.
